These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Tueri Prep (prep.tueri.ng) and any other platform operated by Tueri Educational Services ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
Tueri Educational Services is a Nigerian educational technology company registered in Lagos, Nigeria. We operate Tueri Prep, an AI-powered exam preparation platform for WAEC, JAMB, and NECO, and CareerSparks, an educational psychology and career guidance service.
Tueri Prep provides computer-based test (CBT) practice using past examination questions for WAEC, JAMB, and NECO, spanning 2010–2025, across 37 subjects. Features include AI-generated explanations, topic-level performance analytics, offline practice, and automatic progress reports to linked parent or teacher email addresses. We may add, modify, or remove features at any time.
Tueri Educational Services is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the West African Examinations Council (WAEC), the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB), or the National Examinations Council (NECO). Past examination questions are used for educational study purposes. All trademarks, service marks, and exam board names referenced on our platform belong to their respective owners.
Wallet credit used to unlock a paper is generally non-refundable once the paper has been accessed. If you were charged in error — for example, a duplicate charge or a technical fault that prevented you from accessing content you paid for — contact support within 7 days and we will investigate and issue a wallet credit or refund where appropriate, at our discretion.
Explanations, readiness scores, and other AI-generated content are intended as a study aid. While we review content for accuracy, AI-generated explanations may occasionally contain errors. They do not guarantee any particular exam outcome. If you believe an explanation is incorrect, please report it — we review every report.

The Tueri Prep platform, including its software, design, AI-generated explanations, analytics, and branding, is owned by Tueri Educational Services and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except as expressly permitted for personal study use, you may not copy, modify, or distribute our platform content.
If you link a parent, guardian, or teacher email address to your account, you consent to us sending that email address periodic progress reports summarising your activity and performance on the platform. You can remove a linked email at any time from your account settings.
You may stop using our services and delete your account at any time via Settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform. Wallet credit is generally not refunded upon termination for cause.
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that use of our services will result in any particular exam score or outcome. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.
To the maximum extent permitted by Nigerian law, Tueri Educational Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, our services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold Tueri Educational Services harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the platform.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall first be addressed informally by contacting hello@tueri.ng; unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of our services after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
